Hospitality & Tourism
You will build your confidence and gain employability skills while studying at the Hospitality and Tourism Academy which also operates the Beechtree Restaurant. It’s a great place to experience the pressures and rewards of working in both a professional kitchen and restaurant – find your future here!
This course offered lots of different areas of hospitality, and it was a natural progression from the SCQF Level 5 which I studied last year. The transition was smooth even with not being in college for some of the year due to Covid-19.
