Welcome Week marks the beginning of the academic year. It is all about making you feel welcome and ready to thrive, whether you're new to UHI Moray or returning for another year.
Welcome Week is an opportunity to:

- Discover resources, support services, and opportunities available to you
- Get tips and guidance to help you navigate your academic journey
Welcome Fayre
Our annual Welcome Fayre gives you a great chance to find out more about the social side of things, as well as meeting your fellow students, local employers and voluntary organisations, and of course picking up lots of freebies and discount offers.
- Our 2026 Welcome Fayre is taking place on Tuesday 22 September from 10am to 1pm in the AGBC Conference Room. We will let you know more information via your student email and on our social media channels.

- Get a reminder in your diary so you don’t miss out on the fun and freebies
- Explore
- Take time to visit every stall to really see what’s on offer, you don’t need to rush
- Ask questions
- Ask any questions you may have; whether that’s “Can I take a free pen?” to “What discounts do you offer students?” or “Do you have any jobs or volunteering opportunities available?”
