Since graduating from UHI Moray with a Diploma of Higher Education in Person Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy, I have spent 3 years practicing Family Therapy with a local charity and have volunteered with the charity Quarriers. Prior to this, I worked in helping roles which helped individuals with neurodiversity to find meaningful work. I love talking about Counselling, Mental Health and Psychology. I’m a firm advocate for the Person-centred approach to counselling, and believe that everybody has the power within themselves to find their own solutions if the conditions are right.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dogs. I’m a lifelong supporter of my boyhood club, Manchester United, and I have a passion for most sport. My favourites include strength training, golf, swimming, football, and running 5–10 km along forest trails with the spaniel.
