I'm a lecturer in counselling and a person-centred therapist working with adults and teenagers. I find working as a therapist hugely rewarding; I’m passionate about helping people understand themselves more deeply, so they can live more fully in the present and enjoy more satisfying relationships.
As a lecturer, it is my personal privilege to support our students as they progress through their journey into counselling, and I strive to create a supportive, reflective, and inclusive learning environment where they can grow in confidence and self-awareness. I’m committed to creating a positive, reflective, and inclusive learning space where students feel supported and inspired.
Outside of work, my two children keep me busy, entertained, and sometimes worried! Self-care for me includes going to the gym, long walks in nature, and catching up with friends and family. When I’m not doing that, you’ll find me pottering around the house and garden or relaxing with some Netflix.
