Tami Wilson

I have worked at UHI Moray since 2007 and my role has evolved from a part time food service lecturer to where I am today (Curriculum Team Leader).   I love seeing students grow in confidence during their time in the department – some being unable to speak in the restaurant, to confidently approaching customers and welcoming them to the environment.

In my time at UHI Moray I have been on my own learning journey, recently graduating with a BA(Hons) in Hospitality Management – this has helped me immensely to secure the role I now have. 

Outside of work I enjoy walking and keeping myself active – I like nothing more than pottering around at home and nurturing my garden – being out in nature after a busy week is always good for the soul.
