Student Elections - Nominate Yourself

The 2018 Student Elections have now opened for nominations across UHI! This is your chance to get involved, with the opportunity to take on a paid local or regional role.

Nominate Yourself

Becoming an elected HISA Officer is a unique opportunity to change people’s lives for the better. UHI and the colleges/partners need students like YOU to make better decisions that affect every aspect of student lives.

HISA officer roles are suited to people that are passionate about improving students’ experiences, initiating change and making UHI a better place for everyone! Whether you are coming to the end of your studies and are thinking about full-time work, or will be studying next year and need a job to earn money alongside your learning – there is a role for you where you can change students’ lives.

Nominations close on Thursday 8th March at 4pm, and voting taking place the week starting Monday 19th March, so make sure to apply before then to be in with a chance! Join in on social media, with the hashtag #HISAelects to let us know how you’re getting on.

Local roles include:

  • Depute President Education
  • Depute President Activities and Welfare
