Exam Stress Workshops 2017

Are you happy you know how to prepare for exams? That you know enough study skills, tips, organisational tools and techniques? If not you could benefit from the Exam Stress Workshop. This is a 40 minute workshop examining, preparing for and coping with the anxiety experienced during examinations and offers different ways to help manage it.

The Employability Officer (Brian Currie) will be holding Workshop’s offering support and ideas to anyone feeling worried over exams.

No need to book in, just come along on the day!
