WorldHost Training at Moray College UHI
Moray College UHI is currently offering the WorldHost Principles of Customer Service Programme in collaboration with the Moray Economic Partnership to help Moray achieve WorldHost Regional Destination status.
WorldHost programmes provide a world-class standard in training for any business and was used to prepare volunteers for the 2012 Olympic Games. The WorldHost Principles of Customer Service Programme will give your staff the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service that will give your business a great reputation.
There are training days available across Moray at a reduced rate of £75.00 person.
A subsidy of £40 is available, subject to eligibility, which could reduce the day rate to £35 per person.
