Leigh Mair
Leigh Mair has over 20 years’ experience working for blue chip Pharmaceutical and Medical Device companies. She has experience in strategic development, change management and improving business performance in large organisations. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Public Affairs.
She currently works at InnoScot Health, working in partnership with NHS Scotland to identify, protect, develop and commercialise new innovations from healthcare professionals.
She grew up in Moray and is now enjoying living back in the area and being involved in the local community as a parent and resident.
As a UHI alumna and former employee, she is delighted to be joining the Board of Management and is looking forward to supporting UHI Moray in its continued success. She is a keen supporter of life-long learning and equality, diversity and inclusivity in further and higher education.
