Jolene Young

I have over 12 years’ service with UHI Moray, during which time I have developed a comprehensive understanding of the organisation’s operations, culture and strategic priorities. My experience across a range of roles within the college has given me a well-rounded perspective on both the opportunities and challenges facing further education.

I am currently Schools Delivery Manager for Developing the Young Workforce (DYW) Moray, where I lead the strategic coordination of employer engagement across all secondary schools in the region. In this role, I work to connect education and industry, supporting the alignment of curriculum with regional skills needs and strengthening pathways for young people into employment.

As Support Staff Representative on the UHI Moray Board, I am committed to ensuring that the perspectives of support staff are effectively reflected in governance and decision-making. I have a strong focus on collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement, and I am committed to supporting the Board in delivering its strategic ambitions for the region.
