The HR Section support the people management processes in Moray College UHI beginning from the recruitment of staff and throughout their time with the College. We operate within a unionised environment and work closely with our staff representative colleagues to ensure that staff are supported in all aspects of their employment.
This is all underpinned by our Policies and Procedures which are all reviewed and impact assessed regularly. In addition we know the importance of fair rewards for the work and commitment provided by staff and therefore ensure that processes and structures support the implementation of fair rewards.
We implement a broad range of up to date staffing policies, which promote good practice and provide a framework for the support of the individual needs of our employees, including appropriate arrangements for dignity at work, and promotion of equality.
Our aim is that, through strong people management practices, our staff feel supported and treated equally, with respect, and individually, based on each individuals circumstances at any given time.
