Moray School of Art Student Showcased at Prestigious Origins Creatives 2025 Exhibition
Cali Duncan, a graduate of the University of the Arts London (UAL) Level 2 Award and Diploma in Art and Design course, was selected to exhibit their work at the Origins Creatives 2025 exhibition. The exhibit, which celebrates emerging talent across a wide spectrum of creative disciplines, was held in July at the Mall Galleries in central London.
Cali’s artwork was chosen from over 600 submissions by Calum Hall, curator for the UAL Awarding Body, marking the significant recognition of Cali’s talent and the exceptional standard of creativity nurtured at Moray School of Art. This also places Cali among the most promising young creatives in the UK and internationally.
“Being selected to showcase my skateboard artwork at the final show in London is a proud milestone in my creative journey.” Cali explained “It’s incredibly rewarding to see my passion for art and skate culture come together and be recognized on such an exciting platform. This experience has truly motivated me to push my artistic boundaries even further.”
Origins Creatives, presented by the UAL Awarding Body, is a free annual exhibition that celebrates emerging talent in creative disciplines including Art and Design, Fashion Business and Retail, Creative Media, Music Performance and Production, and Performing Arts. The 2025 edition featured a vibrant mix of painting, photography, drawing, sculpture, fashion, and more, showcasing work from students at Entry Level through to Level 4.
