What’s a Foundation Apprenticeship?

Foundation Apprenticeships are a new approach to your education. They are mainly delivered over 1 year depending on the specific framework from S4 alongside your other subject choices in school like National 5s and Highers. You will study at college and work with an employer and when you complete a Foundation Apprenticeship you’ll have an industry-recognised qualification.

What’s more, the work experience you gain will really help in your future career, whatever you decide to do when you leave school.
