A combination of 3 units, which provides a sound basis of knowledge and practical skills to facilitate career development as a Nail Technician.

Entry requirements

Only available to persons 16 years and above due to use of chemical products throughout the course.
3 National 4s, one of which must be English
or
satisfactory attainment of a SCQF Level 4 course.

Applications are encouraged from mature students who do not possess formal qualifications but have the skills to meet the academic demands of the course.

• Manicure Treatments - With Traditional and Gel Polish
• Liquid and Powder Enhancements
• UV Gel Enhancements
The above units are inclusive of related anatomy, physiology, health & safety and marketing elements.
Students must be prepared to practice all treatments on each other prior to working on fee paying clients.
