The Business Enterprise hub, led by UHI Moray, is a new and exciting, transformational Moray Growth Deal project, that will see the college develop a University of the Highlands and Islands centre of excellence for Business Enterprise and Innovation.

As the project moves forward, we are now looking to grow our teaching base to support this transformative development.

We are looking for individuals that are passionate about shaping the future of business and leadership education, with a particular interest in the areas of Enterprise, Innovation, or Responsible Leadership and Management but all relevant areas will be considered.  Our aim is to build a dynamic Supply Lecturer Bank to support flexible, high-quality teaching across our programmes and to enable us to respond to opportunities when they arise.

The successful candidate(s) will develop and deliver on a wide range of modules and at different levels including on our CPD portfolio and thus must have relevant industry experience.  Candidates will be required to deliver modules face to face on campus and virtually using the Virtual Learning Environment so must have excellent computer mediated communication skills.  A student centred and enthusiastic approach is essential, as well as a commitment to excellence.

Applicants should hold a relevant qualification at SCQF Level 10 or above in a relevant subject, have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to teach a range of practical and theoretical sessions.

Experience of teaching or training including online, and possession of a teaching qualification would be an advantage but is not essential for the post.
