UHI Moray are pleased to share an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Schools Co-ordinator (Senior Phase).
This key role supports the coordination and delivery of Senior Phase and Foundation Apprenticeship programmes, working closely with schools, pupils, employers, and various other stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a vital part in ensuring a high-quality experience for pupils undertaking college-based learning.
Responsibilities include coordinating programme administration, supporting engagement and maintaining accurate records. This role also includes supporting recruitment activities and events, including presenting to schools and stakeholders, employer engagement, and placement coordination, ensuring all processes meet funding, compliance, and quality requirements.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and proactive, educated to HNC level (or with equivalent experience), with strong administrative, digital, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and organisational abilities are essential, as is the confidence to engage, influence, and negotiate effectively. A flexible, collaborative approach and a commitment to supporting positive learner experiences are key requirements.
