UHI Moray are looking to recruit a Modern Apprenticeship Training coordinator to support the delivery of the Modern Apprenticeship programme.
The role will provide support to apprentices and employers which includes completion of all paperwork related to starts, undertaking 13 weekly progression reviews, provision of information and advice, working with a range of external stakeholders including the UHI Work based learning hub, completion of the required Skills Development Scotland paperwork ensuring compliance with audit requirements, processing claims, and supporting the promotion of the MA programme.
The ideal candidate should be educated to HNC level or have experience working in a similar role, have excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to negotiate and provide an excellent standard of customer service.
All appointments are made subject to appropriate PVG membership.
