UHI Moray are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual to provide high quality day to day support to the DYW Moray team.

Clerical support is needed in a busy and fast paced environment, helping to co-ordinate activity, maintain records and support communication with employers and partners.

Applicants should be educated to National 5 level with recent, relevant experience working in an office environment. Applicants should also have excellent communication and people skills, knowledge and experience of database software and Microsoft Office packages, and will have the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

The role is key to ensuring the smooth delivery of programmes that strengthen employer engagement and support workforce development across Moray.

The successful candidate will assist in a varied portfolio of duties, primarily focused on the administration associated with supporting the DYW department.

Appointments are made subject to appropriate PVG Membership.
