We're hosting a short talk from the NHS Smoking Cessation Service, including helpful information on vaping.

This 20‑minute session will introduce tools and information to help you stop smoking or learn more about vaping. It’s also a great opportunity to find out how to support someone you know who may be thinking about quitting.
