External Catering Tender Event

We’re pleased to invite external caterers to an Open Event at UHI Moray, supporting our new external catering tender for our Alexander Graham Bell Centre.

Ideal for caterers who are interested in building positive, high-quality catering experiences, this informal, drop-in session is designed to give you the opportunity to:

• Discover how the tender process works
• Learn more about the venue
• Understand how our events operate
• Explore the benefits of working with us as an approved catering partner

You’ll have the chance to meet our team, ask questions and discuss how your catering offer could support a wide range of events.

Throughout the afternoon, our team will be available to talk through key areas, including:

Revenue opportunities - We’ll outline how catering works commercially at the Alexander Graham Bell Centre, including income potential and pricing considerations.

Terms and conditions - We’ll explain the key terms and conditions for external caterers, including expectations around service standards, health and safety requirements and working arrangements within the venue.

Types of events and catering requirements - Learn more about the wide variety of events hosted at the Centre, such as conferences, community events, corporate bookings and private functions. We’ll discuss typical catering needs, service styles and the flexibility required to support different audiences.

There will also be the chance to hear about our Refectory services.
