Thai Foot Massage (CPD) College Certificate
What is special about this course?
Thai foot massage is a therapeutic massage of the legs and feet, and using Thai foot sticks to stimulate reflex points.
The Thai Foot Massage course is a popular choice for therapists and reflexologists.
Elements of the course include working on ‘Sen’ lines from the Ayurvedic tradition and stimulating reflex points using the stick.
The body has channels of energy throughout – blockages in these channels may result in illness or disease and massage can help dissipate blockages and increase energy flow through the body which can have many positive health benefits.

You must already have a qualification in massage.
Course content includes:
• Health and Safety
• Manual massage from foot to knee
• Using the Thai Foot Massage stick
• Working on Sen lines
The required kit with Thai foot sticks and wax is included in course cost.

What can I do on completion of my course?
You can progress on to other CPD courses or HE units that can lead to the Access to Integrative Healthcare and Therapies (SCQF Level 5/6) at further education level.
Higher education courses include HNC/D Complementary Therapies which then lead on to year 3 of the BSc (Hons) Integrative Healthcare.
