What is special about this course?

Designed for those who may be apprehensive about work or further study, this course develops your confidence, communication skills and workplace abilities.

As part of this course, you will discover how to learn independently and build the resilience and communication strategies that support this. You'll also explore healthy living practises and workplace considerations ensuring that you will leave feeling ready to move forward in education or employment.  

As part of the course there will be a small element of practical work based on self-care and presentation and workplace opportunities. You will also have to opportunity to explore a variety of subject areas to capture your interest and passion.

Fees

Normally, if you are studying full time for the first time and are Ordinarily Resident in Scotland your course fees will be covered through the information you provide on your course application.

If you are studying part time and are on low income or in receipt of certain benefits your course fees may be covered by a fee waiver.

If you are not Ordinarily Resident in Scotland, you may need to pay course fees.

Equipment

You will be required to purchase a tunic/top for this course. If you are eligible for a bursary these costs will be covered.
