Software Development

Our development and research team consists of academic researchers and research assistants. Creating a portfolio of software products, we worked in collaboration with clients from business and the third sector, mostly based in the north of Scotland. 

As part of our process we:

• use agile development processes without letting these get in the way of clarity and coherence for the client.
• run weekly stand ups with our developers
• run fortnightly product review meetings with clients to show regular progress 
• aim to have basic working features deployed and functional as early as possible in order to gather high quality feedback

These practices also give our projects resilience where the transparency and iterative processes make it easier for clients to be kept in the loop and to track progress.
