As part of our commitment to Widening Access to education and training, Moray College UHI provides a Nursery facility for children between 6 weeks and 5 years of age.
A vacancy has arisen for a qualified Nursery Nurse to join the team within the College Nursery to cover a period of maternity leave.
Reporting to the Nursery Manager, the successful candidate will assist in planning Nursery sessions and will support the physical, social, emotional and intellectual development of individual children.
Educated to HNC level in Childcare and Education, or holding an equivalent qualification (ie NNEB; SNEB or SVQ level 3) the successful candidate will have knowledge of key aspects of the early years curriculum and of early childhood development.
Experience of working with young children and babies in a Nursery environment is desirable but not essential for this post.
