Moray College UHI have an exciting opportunity within Quality for an enthusiastic and motivated Administrative Assistant who can provide high quality administrative support in a busy and fast paced environment.   

The main purpose of this role is to support the development and refinement of processes to ensure that the optimum service is provided to staff and students at all times.  

Educated to HNC level or 3 years relevant experience working in a busy office environment, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, will be skilled in the use of Microsoft Office packages, including databases and will have the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.

Appointments are made subject to appropriate PVG Membership.
