Emma Innes
I am the School Liaison; my role is to be the point of contact for schools on all things relating to college. I support Senior Phase pupils from the point they make their application right through to their time in college. I work closely with the schools and college/school partners to support young people ensuring they have a positive destination post-school.
Moray College UHI is a fun and vibrant place to be. The senior phase programme not only broadens curriculum choice but takes pupils out of their comfort and allows them to experience a different environment before taking the leap into work or further education.
About me: I love to travel, for the different cultures, architecture, trying new foods, and seeing beautiful parts of the world. In my spare time, I like to be outdoors either hiking hills or water sports, I like to challenge myself and try new things.
Unusual fact about myself: I am an amateur boxer! I have been training for 4 years and am hoping to get a bout soon. I am currently completing my coaching certification through Boxing Scotland, and I coach beginners to the sport covering all age groups. This has been beneficial in improving my own boxing ability and built on my confidence in delivering sessions to large groups.
