Using Technology: Online Meeting Tools & Etiquette SCQF Level 4
What is special about this course?
Students will learn how to use video conferencing software to effectively participate in online meetings. They will explore what is appropriate behaviour during a video conference through case studies, and practice setting-up a one-to-one 10-minute meeting with their lecturer.

Increasingly, employees must meet with their fellow-workers and clients online through software like Webex or Zoom. Knowing how to use this technology effectively and appropriately will prepare you for the 21st Century workplace.
