Hospitality: Ready, Steady, Bake SCQF Level 4

What is special about this course?

This short, full-time Bakery course is an ideal starting point for anyone with an interest in baking or working in a kitchen.

The course will focus on practical skills, at an introductory level and will feature hands-on, fun and varied activities with expert instruction from highly experienced Hospitality and Tourism Academy (HATA) Lecturers.
