Future Focus + SCQF Level 4-6

What is special about this course?

Aimed at 19 - 24 year olds, Future Focus+ provides an opportunity to refresh, improve and enhance an array of academic, vocational and employability skills enabling the student to have the confidence to progress in the world of work or undertake further training through Moray College UHI.
The focus of this course is for students to undertake responsibility within a project giving them the experience and training in an individual or team context. Through accredited qualifications, the emphasis is focused on developing employability and inter-personal skills combined with teamwork and leadership.

Entry requirements

No formal entry requirements. Apply through College, SDS, Job Centre or other agencies.

You will work towards achieving a selection of employability specific qualifications.

• Employability and work ready skills
• Personal development awards specific to your needs and future-plan
• Improving health & wellbeing
• Project structure to enhance skills
• Confidence and self-esteem development training

How will I study my course?

  • Part Time

How long will my course last?

Part time: 12 - 14 weeks depending on commitment from individual, however this will be no more than 1 day per week of teaching and training.
