What is special about this course?

Workskills is a 2 year full time course leading to a College Certificate at SCQF Level 3 which includes the SQA Steps to Work award and the SQA Personal Development award at National 3.

The course will help you to:

  • Gain confidence
  • Make new friends
  • Explore vocational options
  • Work as part of a team
  • Learn new skills.

Entry requirements

There are no formal entry requirements.

You will do core skills subjects such as numeracy, communication and IT and then choose from a range of options including:

  • Gardening
  • DIY
  • Cooking
  • Art
  • Office Practice
  • Languages
  • Textiles

How will I study my course?

  • Full Time

The Course will include a Work Experience and a 3 day Residential Trip.

Full time - 2 years.
