If you already use or have a British Sign Language qualification, this award will help you to further develop your skills of communicating effectively in British Sign Language across a wider range of personal/social and vocational/transactional contexts.
This SCQF Level 5 award will concentrate on the integration of productive and receptive skills in a way that reflects their use in real life with emphasis will placed on the development of skills which enable you to organise and express ideas in a more coherent way.

Entry requirements
Completion of British Sign Language: Intermediate 1
This programme will enable you to complete a unit at SCQF Level 5 and is designed to further develop skills in British Sign Language in a range of straightforward personal/social and transactional/vocational contexts.
Candidates undertaking this programme will already be able to use British Sign Language for simple everyday communication.
